Delivery & Timing
It is the customers responsibility to purchase insurance for their goods. We can assist in this process once at the checkout for items greater than $100. Once the item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for damage in transit or lost/stolen packages.
We aim to post your products within 2-3 business days of purchase, however sometimes this is not possible and will be done as soon as possible. We aim to have your packages arrive within 1-2 weeks of purchase, depending on AusPost’s wait times. These timeframes can vary during certain times of the year such as Christmas, Easter, and Public Holidays.
Cancellations
No order may be cancelled, modified, or deferred without prior written consent from a member of the team at JPM Hardwood furniture (at our discretion). If such consent is given, a cancellation fee of no less than 20% of the price of goods purchased as compensation for our losses.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In this event we will attempt to notify you via email and or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Warranty
On discovery of any defect in the Goods, the Customer must immediately notify Us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the products. The Customer must not carry out any remedial work to remedy the defective Goods without first obtaining the written consent of us to do so.
We are not subject to any liability for any delay in delivery or fault/defect of the goods when being used in a manner they were not intended. We do not provide refunds unless the Goods are damaged or have a manufacturers defect, excluding any damage that has been caused by normal wear and tears as determined by us.
We cannot provide a refund on any item where you have changed your mind. We have made every effort to accurately display colours and images of the products we stock as they appear in store.
Any errors made by third parties installing any products purchased are not covered.
Return Shipping
the cost of return shipping is at the consumers expense. This must be done via a traceable method to ensure safe & documented delivery.
End User Agreement
All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of JPM Hardwood Furniture (or the manufacturing company of whose products we stock). The purchase of any Goods from us to you the End User, does not waiver Our copyright and ownership rights to these images and products, and You are strictly forbidden to reproduce in part or whole any Goods that you have purchased from Us.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products or Services offered without notice at any time.
